Excellent service! Purchased a brand new Denago City Cart from Gone Coastal a few months back and had a problem with one of the brake rotors and calipers. They picked it up swiftly, made the needed warranty repair, and sent it back to me in just a few hours! Excellent communication and feedback throughout the process. Thank you Denago, but an even bigger thanks to Jeremy and Gone Coastal!

Gone Coastal Carts provides exceptional product and services. The company is a family owned business who care about their customers and offer competitive pricing on carts that are unmatched on the market. They are welcoming, professional and honest. They have quickly responded to every question or concern with knowledge and guidance. We purchased our cart from them a few years ago and have been happy owners since day one. It is without reservation that we would recommend Gone Coastal Carts when purchasing a new cart !

Just needed a battery for a key fob today, but regardless of what I need, Chris and his service team always go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with any work they’ve done.
