We can’t say enough about Gone Coastal Carts customer service. We actually purchased our golf cart at another golf cart dealer, but when we went back six months later because our headlights weren’t working, we found that not only did they no longer carry our cart brand, but they could not get the part we needed. When we found out that Gone Coastal carried our brand and asked if they could help us, it was an immediate yes, of course we will honor your warranty (even though we purchased the cart somewhere else). They ordered the part, called us a couple days later to schedule service, and installed it in about an hour. All while being extremely helpful, positive, and polite. If we ever purchase another golf cart, we will definitely go back to Gone Coastal Carts!
