I bought my cart 2 years ago from the surf side location. The purchase was a great, super easy experience. Since then any time I call, they answer the phone and answer my questions. I recently had a small issue with my cart. I called Chris and he knew what the problem was. (I’m 600 miles away). Chris said, I’ve got the part you need, I’ll put it in the mail today. I got the part today, installed it and I’m up and running!! I can’t say enough about these folks. As far as a business or a family. When they post your pictures and say, “welcome to the Gone Coastal Family”. They truly mean FAMILY!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!

If you’re reading this to help decide where to buy your cart, here are some reasons that I took the time to find out for ya: 1) They included the battery and cart warranty in the price it’s not a surprise charge at the end. 2) They are very knowledgeable about the different brands and weren’t pushy but informative instead. 3) They include delivery and I was already enjoying my cart the next day after purchasing. Now some of the things the other guys do: 1) They carry the cheapest models of the cheapest brands but charge the same 2) They have no idea what they’re talking about and most don’t even have a tech to do any work if you do end up needing to use your warranty. 3) Speaking of warranty, they don’t include it in the price, they don’t offer anywhere near as comprehensive of one, and they don’t allow you to transfer your warranty if you decide to sell. 4) Some places take up to a month to deliver your new cart and we all know that as soon as you sign your name or hand over cash you wanna play with your new toy.

Nick was a great salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would definitely use him as a salesman and Gone Coastal is a great place to buy a golf cart. They have a variety of golf carts which make it easy to choose one that meets your needs and wallet.
