Went there to see if they would do a trade in on our golf cart and ended up leaving with a new Epic 4 Forward E40FX LSV. Things went quickly and smoothly. They set up my phone and made sure I knew how to use it. Wayne was great.

During our golf cart search we stopped at Gone Coastal and sure glad we did Wayne was so helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. He pointed out the windshield on one that because I am petite, I might have trouble seeing over the crease and I did. They went so far as to change out the windshield in that cart to another one for me to try and it did make a difference but ended up going with the next model up, the Epic anyway. Any time we called or emailed Wayne he answered very quickly, even on his days off. They were very accommodating in so many ways and they know their products. Even after the purchase they continued to be helpful with any questions we had. Nick and Chris were wonderful too. If you're in the market for a new cart I HIGHLY suggest making Coastal one of your stops before you purchase and know what you will get on other makes and models for the price. We LOVE our new golf cart!

We bought our D5 Maverick in August 2025. I've put 4,200 miles on it so far. Jeremy and his crew are the absolute BEST when it comes to sales and service after the sale! My steering box mount broke from the weld (very unusual) but Chris had it fixed in literally one day! I can't recommend this company highly enough! If you're gonna buy a cart, go see Jeremy! He'll save you money and take very good care of you should you need any service!
