When we went to Gone Coastal a couple weeks ago, we only wanted some information. We had a 2 year old cart that we just have never been in love with. We spoke to Jennings, who is part of this family owned business. We explained our dilemma. He was so knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy or pressure. They were offering a lifetime warranty on cart and battery. That totally intrigued us. So we became interested and took a cart for a ride. What a difference from our current fairly new golf cart. Just fell in love with the cart. We asked to give us a trade in value, and it was a fair price. After talking with them now for a couple days, we met Jennings' family. His wife, his son and daughter in law. They are all there and just awesome people. If you want to feel good about making sure you went to the right place for your golf cart purchase, go to Gone Coastal! I still can't believe we ended up with a new cart. I told my husband for months, no way, as our cart was still new. I am so happy now that we stopped by that day. I just love this golf cart and trust in these people. This is a Christian run business. We bought our golf cart here several years ago and we love it! Any repair we need, mostly which have been from our own fault, they are quick to repair. Today I took it in because somehow my seatbelt did not retract, and got caught on the tire and ripped the case off of the seatbelt. I took it in, they had one in stock and replaced it right then free of charge. They are kind and always ready to serve the customer! Highly recommend.

Not my cart but was handling screen and charging issues for an absentee cart owner. Extremely impressed and pleased with how the entire pickup, diagnoses, handling of warranty parts, repair and delivery along with the communication. This is a company you can rely on for service that cares about the customer.
