Top-notch customer service. Brandi H was fantastic, and the gentleman who showed me how to use the rental was so kind. I blew into their Surfside storefront midweek, a little frazzled from having to relocate beach houses, but they handled all my questions and got me set up so quickly. I didn’t have time to shop around, but even if they’re pricier, it’s well worth it for the excellent service and top of the line golf cart.

First and foremost, Going Coastal Carts in Surfside Beach has the BEST customer service! My friend purchased a golf cart from them and was so happy with their products, knowledge and service, that I decided to buy one there too! I also bought a customized cart enclosure. I requested a few enclosure adjustments and snaps, all of which they did at no charge with a smile! The little shop dog ‘Willy’ is also as friendly and welcoming as the staff. If you are in the market for a golf cart, this is the place to go!
